Your data, kept to a minimum.
What this site collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it. Last updated October 2026.
Who I am
This site is run by Hugo Herrera, trading as OnDynamics, based in Køge, Denmark. For anything about your data, email hugoh@ondynamics.com.
What I collect
When you send a message. The contact form sends me your name, email, organisation, the topics you pick and your message. I use them only to reply and to keep a record of our conversation. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering you, or steps you ask for before a contract.
When you browse. The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and the fonts and scripts are served from this site rather than third parties. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and reliability.
The assistant. The assistant on this site currently gives pre-written answers in your browser. Nothing you type into it is sent anywhere.
How long I keep it
Messages are kept for as long as we are in touch and for up to two years after, then deleted, unless they become part of a contract.
Who else sees it
No one, apart from the providers that host this site and deliver its email, who process data on my behalf. I do not sell or share your data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data I hold about you, object to its use, or ask for a copy. Email me and I will respond within a month. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
