I own the architecture end to end. I make the as-is clear to everyone, agree the goals and the to-be with stakeholders and business owners, then lead the team to a live system through clear plans, agreed designs and visible progress.
I work visually, so everyone understands the plan. Microsoft has contracted me four times since 2017.
